Orders and prices
The price, shipping charge, and any tax are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices and availability can change, and we may cancel and refund an order we cannot fill. Sales tax is added where it applies.
Shipping
We ship within the United States, to the addresses the checkout accepts. Delivery times depend on the carrier and are estimates.
Returns and refunds
30-Day Founder Guarantee: play it, love it, or return the game within 30 days for a refund of its price. Shipping charges are not refunded, and you pay the cost of shipping the game back. Stickers cannot be returned. To return the game, contact customer service at info@noodlengine.com. A customer service agent processes the return with you. For anything else about an order, email the same address.
Using the site
The site, game, text, images, and logos belong to NoodlEngine LLC or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or classroom use. Do not copy or resell our materials without permission, and do not misuse the site or its checkout.
No guarantees about results
The game is for learning and entertainment. We make no promise about business outcomes from playing it. The site and its content are provided as they are, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Payments, forms, and videos are handled by outside services that have their own terms. See the privacy page for how information is handled.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. They are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
